These terms govern the use of the Holetenizere Property Management System and integrated channel manager. By accessing our cloud-hosted environment, you agree to these harvested standards of conduct and operational reliability.

To ensure clarity in our property management system partnership, we define the core elements of the Holetenizere ecosystem.

Cloud-based PMS

The centralized inventory and reservations software hosted on Holetenizere servers, acting as your primary source of property truth.

Core Service

Channel Manager

The bridge system responsible for synchronizing availability and rates across third-party OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia.

Integration

Real-Time Sync

The high-frequency data exchange process; subject to third-party API refresh limits as defined in our SLA.

User Obligations

Data Integrity

Users must ensure that all inventory counts, room types, and seasonal rates entered into the PMS are current and accurate.

Credential Security

Subscribers are responsible for the confidentiality of all login credentials and for all activities occurring under their property account.

Cloud Connectivity

A stable internet connection is required for the channel manager to synchronize inventory with OTAs in real-time.

Service Availability & Liability

While we leverage high-performance cloud architecture to ensure uptime, Holetenizere provides its Property Management System on an "as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee 100% availability due to the nature of distributed cloud networks and third-party API dependencies.

Synchronization Delays

Overbooking risks are minimized but not eliminated during heavy API traffic windows across global sales channels.

Data Preservation

We maintain redundant backups, but local inventory data should be exported regularly by the property manager.

Important Limitation

"Holetenizere shall not be liable for loss of profits, double-bookings, or guest dissatisfaction resulting from third-party OTA system failures or local connectivity outages."

Governance & Contact

The Harvested Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the use of our Cloud-based PMS or Channel Manager shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Athens.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to prune and refine these terms as our technology yield evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of new harvest protocols.
